Research On Technology Cooperative Innovation Problem Of Farmers' Professional Cooperatives

The development of farmers' professional cooperatives is related to rural development and rural revitalization.The speed and quality of their development directly affect farmers' income and rural prosperity.In the course of development over ten years,farmers' professional cooperatives have made significant progress in normalization,scale,and numbers of organizations,and have gradually entered a new stage of pursuing quality development.On one hand,it is an inevitable requirement for the development of the organization to a new stage.On the other hand,the trade friction from international agricultural products trade has higher requirements for the development of agriculture and agricultural organizations.The dual development requirements both internal and external have prompted farmers' professional cooperatives to pay close attention to their own sustainable development.For organizations,especially farmers' professional cooperatives formed by the same type of agricultural production activities,technological innovation is the driving force for the sustainable development of the organization.Among them,cooperative innovation is an innovative model that is widely adopted and highly efficient by farmers' professional cooperatives.However,the cooperation between the relevant cooperating entities in the cooperation reveals that the cooperative innovation mechanism of farmers' professional cooperatives has not matured.Therefore,this paper uses the literature research and game model as the main research methods to analyze the technical cooperation innovation of farmers' professional cooperatives.The following three aspects are analyzed and discussed:Firstly,through the combination of literature research and field research,the author analyzes the status quo of farmers' professional cooperatives' technical cooperative innovation,and finds that although there are already multiple entities involved in the innovation of basic production technology in the current cooperative innovation,and legally obtained the confirmation,protection and rational distribution of cooperation results,but there are still problems such as insufficient enthusiasm of cooperation,unstable cooperation,and lack of policy support,which seriously affects and restricts the technical cooperation innovation of farmers' professional cooperatives' further development.Secondly,starting from the supply and demand of technological innovation,the author analyzes the demand subjects,supply subjects,policy subjects and the motivations and interests of those subjects,which participate in the technical cooperation innovation of farmers' professional cooperatives.Meanwhile,the author finds the main factors of strategic choice of cooperation partners in cooperation from the theoretical perspective,including their own cost-benefit measurement,the influence of other partners' behavior strategies and the public opinion effect in the cooperative innovation network.Thirdly,using the game theory research method,the game between the farmers' professional cooperatives and the technology innovation supply subject,the game among the local government,the farmers' professional cooperatives,and the technology innovation supply subject are constructed.And the cooperative evolution process between farmers' professional cooperatives and technological innovation supply subjects is analyzed.Also,the author analyzes the changes of the cooperative behavior decisions of farmers' professional cooperatives and technological innovation supply entities under different policy implementation standards.The results show that under the market environment,the effective cooperation of two sides have a great relationship with benefit distribution,and is affected by the initial input cost,the loss caused by the reputation effect,and the main body's absorptive capacity.In a market-oriented environment,when the cooperation between the two parties evolves into an ideal state with greater uncertainty,the government influences the benefits of cooperation between the two parties through policy,which in turn affects the choice of cooperative behavior strategies.However,the research results show that when the government adopts the "excellent" standard which pursuing efficiency,it will help to adjust the distortion of the behavior of the cooperative subject.Based on the above research contents and conclusions,this paper puts forward some suggestions based on the actual development: From the perspective of cooperation subjects,it is necessary to promote the establishment of agricultural technology innovation community and solve the cooperation efficiency problem caused by the unreasonable distribution of interests between the two parties;From the perspective of social service,in-depth development of agricultural technology innovation service platform is an inevitable trend,which can provide support and supervision for the development of farmers' professional cooperatives' technological cooperation innovation;From the perspective of government policy,the government should select appropriate and effective support policies to ensure that the supply and demand of the policy match which according to the development stage of farmers' professional cooperatives' technological cooperation innovation.
