The Incentive Mechanism Design Of Retailer Leading Green Supply Chain

Based on the development of retail industry and green supply chain in China,this paper mainly analyzes the external environment of retail industry and green supply chain development in China,discusses the trend of increasing market concentration in retail industry,analyzes the bottleneck of green supply chain development in China,combines the retail industry and the development of green supply chain organically and establishes the retailer-led green supply chain,thus promoting the development of China's retailer-led green supply chain.This article focuses on this subject from four aspects.First of all,through the development of China's retail industry and the development of the external environment in-depth analysis of China's retail industry to explore some of the problems,to understand the future development trend of China's retail industry.Secondly,through the development of China's green supply chain status and urgent problems to be solved.Thirdly,combining the development trend of retail industry and green supply chain,the game mechanism of retailer-oriented green supply chain is established,and the game equilibrium under different circumstances is analyzed.On this basis,it is proposed that the green Technology research and development,retailers to give the transfer payment incentive mechanism.Finally,based on the bottleneck of retail industry and green supply chain development,this paper puts forward the policy suggestions to promote the development of retail industry and green supply chain in China,combined with the game conclusion of retailer-led green supply chain incentive mechanism.In summary,this paper combines the development trend of retail industry and green supply chain in China,combines the development of the two,and constructs the incentive mechanism of retailer-led green supply chain,and proposes to accelerate the coordinated development of retail industry and green supply chain in China policy recommendations to promote the development of retail and green supply chains.
