The Research Of Raw Material Ramp Demandmanagement For Intelligent Terminal

In data age,there are many intelligentterminal products introduced to the market every year,as it is the essential product in our human life.But currently no common method for us to manage the raw material demand in product ramp period across the entire supply chain.The thesis successfully implementsCPFR(Colaboration planningforecasting and replenishment)method from retail field into intelligentterminal field.After integrating the raw material demand based on product ramp capacity across the entire supply chain,we raised the raw material demand management method based on CPFR during product ramp period.Firstly,this method analyzed the supply chain structure and product life cycle characteristics of intelligent terminal.Secondly,the method figures out the demand chain base on bottle neck theory across the entire supply chain.Matching working in process material's supply and demand one by one,starting from customer sideend with raw material side.Thirdly,this method introduced and analysis product iteration impact to material demand.Finally,it proved this method can be implementing into intelligent terminal field through a real case.This thesis analyzed the characteristics of intelligent terminal's supply chain and the facts of its raw material demand.Searching for a new demand forecast method during product iteration.This method could be widely implemented to intelligentterminal ramping products with lowest cost.
