| Compressor Industry experienced "golden decade" from 2000 to 2010,currently enter into later period of "silver ten years" start from 2011 to 2020.Compressor market growth is slowing down,product profit drop,and price fierce competition.In current situation,a lot of enterprises are actively exploring new markets,the development of new products.However,due to the lack of awareness of risk management in the process of new product development,more than 60% of new products fail.Therefore,for the new product development project,the risk management research brings very important practical values.The thesis introduces the new product development risk management process and technical points,and then taking a practical project as an example,start from developing a risk management plan,use the risk breakdown structure method to identify project risk,includes using the FMEA tool to identify the technical related risks;apply three-points valuation method(cost,expense,schedule,quality)to judge the severity of the risk consequences,which is also used AHP to determine the weights of four factors,and then to determine the probability of risk occurrence by using expert opinion method,then come up with the risk exposure value,and according to this to get the risk ranking;according to different types of risks,the different level of risks,work out the reasonable risk responses strategies;finally,real-time monitoring and timely feedback to the whole project risk.In this paper,considering the characteristics of the compressor development project,did the study to the new product risk management from process,techniques,tools,and methods from planning,identification,evaluation,processing and monitor.It has some theoretical guidance and practical reference to compressor new product development. |
