| With developing of world oil economy and enterprise people-oriented management idea, meanwhile energy projects rapidly develops around the world in triumph, project risk management becomes the key assurance to successful implementation of projects, enterprises dominate the already intense competition domestic and international market, and even sustainable scientific development of enterprises for the high-risk domestic and foreign oil and energy projects.This paper uses the latest project risk management theory, tools & technology to analyze and research the risk management issues of the Jiuquan compressor station of West-East gas increase transmission project which is the key national energy project. This paper commence from the risk management research of the background and significance to the project, and even the survival and development to enterprise, and the classified describe and compare the current domestic and international project risk management theory and common tools technology. On the basis of objective analysis to the overall construction risk of the Jiuquan compressor station of West-East gas increase transmission project, this paper is focus on the large compressor station project risk management processes and methods, in particular, the formation of the large compressor station project risk control programs and ideas, the development of risk management strategies and management plan, risk identification, qualitative and quantitative analysis, response and monitoring the processes, post-evaluation and risk management techniques optimized in project, created a set of unique large compressor station project risk management procedure, model and technology, provides an example of compressor project risk management for the same industry. |
