As a manufacturing company,its production development is inseparable from the direct contribution of frontline employees.The stability of such employees directly affects the production efficiency of the enterprise and the stability of the product quality,which affects the sustainable and stable development of the enterprise.In recent years,the high turnover rate of frontline employees has caused business owners to suffer headaches increasingly.Labor costs continue to rise,turnover rate has not decreased,and corporate profit margins have been shrinking.How to optimize human resource costs and management and reduce frontline employee turnover rate has become hot topic of enterprises and scholars.Tempel is an American company in Changzhou,as a traditional mechanical manufacturing company,enterprise production is still inseparable from frontline employees.However,in recent years,the turnover rate of operators has continued to rise,which has seriously affected the company's production operations.This paper firstly makes in-depth research and analysis on the relevant literature on employee turnover at home and abroad and seeks to find the specialty and research hotspot of human resource management in manufacturing enterprises and lays a theoretical foundation for the research of Tempel company.Secondly,through the PEST analysis method,Porter's five-force model,SWOT,etc.,the author analyzes the internal and external environment of the enterprise and its impact on human resource management.Thirdly,through employee satisfaction survey,on-the-job interviews,and resign interviews,the author make the investigation and analysis of the reasons that may lead to employee turnover.The result is that the employee turnover is mainly caused by work environment,unreasonable salary incentives,insufficient performance appraisal,lack of career planning and training mechanisms.Then,combined with the relevant theories and literatures of human resource management,the paper puts forward the ideas,countermeasures,implementation plans and implementation steps to solve the problems.Different from most research on employee's turnover,this paper focuses on the loss of frontline employees in manufacturing enterprises.This paper will provide reference for the study of the loss and countermeasures of the frontline employees in the manufacturing industry.Solving the human resource management problem of Tempel's frontline employee turnover can also provide reference for human resources management of Tempel and similar manufacturing enterprises.
