In the current era of knowledge economy,talent has gradually become one of the most competitive core elements in enterprise management.Also,human resources management has become one of the main sources of competitive advantages for enterprises.The managers of enterprises began to pay attention to the decisive role played by human resources in strategy and culture,attaching importance to the internal cohesiveness and driving force of human resources for the survival and development of enterprises,and attaching importance to the core role of human resources in market competition.Reasonable selection,education,employment,and retention are the core driving forces for human resources to turn challenges into opportunities.The “selection”,which means recruitment here,in enterprise human resource management,is a very important link.And it is also the main approach for enterprises to acquire high-quality talents.It is also related to the role of talents and the growth of corporate benefits,and to the realization of the vision of enterprise development and the long-term development of the future.As a fast-growing enterprise in the real estate industry,Daliang Group is facing great challenges in obtaining high-quality talents.There are increasing high personnel recruitment cost,low matching degree between talents and enterprises,talents and positions,and growing difficulties to obtain excellent talents.The effective recruitment process enables the company to continuously deliver outstanding talents that match the company's strategy and culture.Therefore,the important issue that enterprises need to solve urgently is how to select and recruit suitable talents and reduce recruitment costs and internal labor consumption on the basis of the existing recruitment system.This paper takes Daliang Group as the research object.Firstly,it reviews and summarizes the theories and tools related to recruitment management,and uses job analysis method and survey method to diagnose and analyze the recruitment system of Daliang in an all-round way.Find out the main problems of the girders in the recruitment of personnel,including inadequate recruitment preparation,lack of overall concept of interviews,unscientific selection criteria,single recruitment channels,and lack of evaluation of the recruitment system.Aiming at the above problems and combining with the theory of recruitment management,this paper designs an optimization scheme suitable for the current situation of talent demand in Daliang Group,and puts forward corresponding safeguard measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the system.Specifically,it includes improving the recruitment system,optimizing human resources planning,establishing competency model,improving the evaluation environment and so on.This will optimize and improve the recruitment system of the Daliang Group,and provide reference and assistance for the optimization of recruitment systems of other enterprises in the real estate industry.
