Research On Informatization Promotes The Upgrading Of Industrial Structure In Hebei Province

Since the launch of the information highway program in the United States in 1993,Japan,Western Europe and many developing countries have proposed their own informationization development strategies.Afterwards,the wave of informationization has swept the world.In this wave of informationization,Hebei Province has actively responded to China's “Internet Plus” and “China Manufacturing 2025” plans and other information-based development strategies to continuously improve its informationalized level.The informationization promoted by the development and application of modern information technology can expand the market scale and economic aggregate,and can promote the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure.In order to promote the upgrading of industrial structure in Hebei Province,this paper explores the promotion and influence degree of informationization of Hebei Province on industrial structure upgrading.With the development of economy and society,the connotation of informatization has become more and more abundant.Informatization is to make full use of information technology,in-depth development and extensive use of information resources,promote the continuous development of the information industry,and accelerate the process of national modernization under the guidance of national strategies.The degree of informatization of Hebei Province was measured from four aspects: information infrastructure construction,development of information industry,information application and informationalized development support.This paper analyzes the upgrading of industrial structure from the aspects of rationalization of industrial structure and advanced industrial structure.This is because the rationalization of industrial structure is the basis for the advanced industrial structure.The main content of the article includes:this paper starts from the theory of industrial structure evolution and the theory of innovation,and deeply analyzes the economic principles and mechanism of informationization to promote the upgrading of industrial structure.Based on the actual situation of Hebei Province in the third chapter,this paper analyzes the status ofHebei Province's informationization to promote industrial structure upgrading.It is found that the informatization of Hebei Province has insufficient power and uncoordinated development in the process of promoting industrial structure upgrading.In the fourth chapter,the entropy method is used to measure the informatization index of Hebei Province.The industrial structure rationalization index and the industrial structure advanced index of Hebei Province are measured by the Theil index and the industrial structure upgrading coefficient.Finally,the regression method is applied to compare and analyze the influence degree of Hebei Province and China's informationization on the rationalization of industrial structure and the advanced industrial structure.The research results show that in Hebei Province,informatization has different degrees of promoting on the rationalization of industrial structure and the advanced industrial structure;And the promotion of informationization to the rationalization of industrial structure is stronger than the advanced industrial structure.The higher the degree of informatization,the stronger the promotion of the rationalization of industrial structure and the advanced industrial structure.Therefore,it is feasible to make full use of the development strategy of informatization to further promote the upgrading of industrial structure.In the last part of the article,from the perspective of promoting information construction,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the upgrading of industrial structure in Hebei Province.
