In recent years,with the rise of the “Internet + ”and big data,the Internet financial industry came into being.The industry is deeply integrated by traditional financial institutions and Internet technologies.It is the trend of the times.The industry is developing rapidly and urgently needs talents,but it is facing the phenomenon of higher turnover of talents,which hinders the development of organizations or industries to a certain extent.In the Internet finance company,the new generation of knowledge workers account for a large proportion,and they are the generation with more personality and innovative ability.At the same time,their turnover rate is nearly 10% higher than the previous generation.The higher turnover rate has had a certain impact on the development of the organization.Employees are an important factor in the development of an organization or an industry,and the tendency to leave directly leads to dimission.Therefore,in the face of the above problems,it is a research focus to explore how to reduce the turnover tendency of the new generation of Internet finance companies.This paper chooses the new generation of knowledge workers of Internet finance companies as the research object.According to the field theory,social identity theory and social exchange theory,this paper constructs a model with organizational climate as the independent variable,organizational identity as the intermediary variable and turnover intention as the dependent variable,and puts forward relevant assumptions.This paper explores the impact of different dimensions of organizational climate in the Internet finance company on the turnover intention of the new generation of knowledge workers through questionnaires.At the same time,it discusses the influence of different dimensions of organizational climate in the Internet financial company on the identification of the new generation of knowledge workers,and then how to affect their turnover intention.223 valid questionnaires were collected in this paper.The statistical data SPSS19.0 was used to analyze the questionnaire data.First,the variables were descriptively analyzed.Secondly,the reliability and validity were tested,and the test results were all good.Finally,correlation analysis and regression analysis were carried out to verify the model and hypotheses in this paper.The results show that the six dimensions of organizational climate in Internet finance companies have a significant negative impact on turnover intention,and the absolute value of regression coefficient about fair reward and interpersonal relationship are relatively large,followed by learning,development,work structure and leadership support;the organizational identity of the new generation of knowledge workers in Internet finance companies has played a part in mediating the organizational atmosphere and turnover intention.According to the above empirical results,in view of the high turnover rate of the new generation of knowledge workers in Internet finance companies,this paper proposes relevant countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of organizational atmosphere to reduce the turnover intention of the new generation of knowledge workers and then reduce their turnover rate.
