At present It is rapid that our country small and medium-sized enterprise development,financing demand is very big,but the bank that has sufficient funds will not be able to repay the small and medium-sized enterprise that loan ability is poor,the market and the demand is difficult to link effectively,causes the small and medium-sized enterprise to be unable to develop healthily continuously.Due to its flexible,efficient,convenient and other characteristics,pawn financing can quickly provide financing services for SMEs in need of funds in a short period of time.Due to the backward economic development,the financial service system in Qinghai is inadequate,and it is difficult to meet the diversified financial needs.As a result,the development of pawn shops has become an important financing supplement and choice for local SMEs.At present,there are 53 pawnshops in Qinghai Province.Compared with other regions,pawnshops have problems such as low level of development,low market concentration,insufficient innovation ability,and fewer employees.In recent years,the overall operating benefits have fluctuated greatly,and the business structure has been uneven.Real estate pawn accounts for 71 % of all business,movable property pawn accounts for 17 %,property rights pawn accounts for 12 %,and the business structure is too concentrated in real estate.In the pawnshop's understanding,more consumers lack the correct understanding that its interest rate is high and it is exploitative.In order to promote the development of pawn shops in Qinghai province,we should expand publicity,strengthen personnel training,standardize business management,and innovate business model and do a good job in long-term development planning.
