Under the environment of internet,industry informationization is an inevitable trend.It is also very necessary to construct information system in the field of medicine industry in the modern society.The construction of information system in the pharmaceutical industry makes the pharmaceutical enterprises closer to the goal of modernization and adapt to the modern economic market.SM company is a company that provides technological services and realizes the sharing of resources of medical information.With the gradual increase of market demand,the company's market development has not made significant progress.How to further enhance the market share is a problem that SM company needs to study at this stage.Taking SM Company as an example,this paper first elaborates the research background,collects and collates relevant data,determines the direction of this research,combs the reference basis and theoretical basis needed by the Research Institute of theoretical articles.Secondly,the environment of SM company is analyzed.The external environment starts from macro and industry.The macro environment uses PEST analysis method.The industry environment is analyzed by collecting and summarizing relevant data.Thirdly,it introduces the basic situation,development process and development status of SM Company.It has a clear understanding of the scope of operation and types of business of SM Company.The internal environment starts with the internal resources,capabilities and core competitiveness of SM Company.Then SWOT is used to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of SM company.It is summarized into an analysis matrix table to confirm the strategic choice of SM company,confirm the objectives of SM company,and put forward the strategic implementation plan.In order to ensure the effective implementation of SM company's development strategy,this paper puts forward measures to improve the internal environment,core competitiveness and marketing safeguards.Finally,it summarizes and prosPESTs the contents of this paper.
