Under the world theme of "peace and development",today's society is in a stage of rapid development,the economy is growing steadily,science and technology are advancing by leaps and bounds,and the market environment is changing and full of fierce competition.All these backgrounds have brought many opportunities and challenges for the development of enterprises.As a core part of the normal operation of the enterprise,procurement plays an important role in the development of the enterprise.Choosing the right procurement method can effectively reduce the procurement cost and improve the overall operating efficiency of the enterprise,so as to better meet the opportunities and accept the challenges.As a form of procurement,bidding procurement is an effective procurement method used by most companies.During the bidding procurement,when the types of goods involved are multiple and the quantity is large,it is particularly important to reasonably divide and bundle the goods together in advance,because it can effectively reduce the number of bidding and save the procurement cost.However,in the existing scientific research,little research has been done for bundling from buyer's perspective,and there is still a lack of quantitative research on the bundling issue from the buy-side in the bidding procurement.Therefore,from the point of the buyer,how to properly bundle the goods together before bidding,so as to achieve the maximum cost savings and improve procurement efficiency is the key to the bundle optimization issue in bidding procurement.This article studies the bundling optimization issue on the buy side,aimed at saving the procurement cost,from the view of the practical problems of large-scale bidding procurement in enterprises.On the basis of a comprehensive review and in-depth analysis of the research findings of relevant scholars on bidding procurement and bundling from the buy-side issues,from the perspective of the buyer,an optimization model for a buy-side perspective on bundling is presented,with the objective of maximizing the cost savings,by clarifying the definitions of the concepts of purchasing information matrix,a bundle value,and a bundling solution,and considering the sum of total cost savings between the saved cost of the quantity price and the suppliers competitive combination discount in the actual bidding procurement and the fixed cost of the bidding can be saved.By comparing and analysing the buy-side bundling optimizaiton model constructed in this article,it is found that the model belongs to the NP-hard problem,and then the genetic algorithm is presented to solve the problem.In the design of genetic algorithm,the BUNDLING algorithm is creatively used to decode the chromosomes.In the final simulation study,the simulation results are obtained by substituting the given simulation data into the previous model.The analysis results is a bundling solution that optimizes the cost savings and divides the purchasing goods reasonably.Research findings have curtain guiding role to the actual bidding roles of enterprises to reduce the procurement cost.The proposed algorithm was tested to be valid and some parameters in the model have been also changed to explore their effect on the result of the object function.
