On April 13,2018,Xi Jinping solemnly declared at the Congress celebrating the30 th anniversary of the establishment of a provincial-run Special Economic Zone in Hainan that the Party Central Committee had decided to support the construction of a free trade pilot zone in Hainan.With the increasing openness of Hainan and the gradual opening of international market to Hainan,the tourism market in Sanya,known as Oriental Hawaii,has increasingly improved its service functions,the quality of tourism services has rapidly improved,and the hotel industry in Sanya has entered the fast lane of development,which provides a huge opportunity and strong driving force for the development of high-end managed brand hotels.Hotels are experiencing explosive growth and rapid expansion.However,with the continuous expansion of hotels,the international brand hotel industry is also facing unprecedented challenges.Whether it is the control of the source of tourists,the competition of talents,or the inadequate management and service capabilities of hotels themselves,all these problems have become a problem for the managers of international brand hotels.In recent years,with its unique tourism resources,convenient transportation and visas,the Southeast Asian resort area,which belongs to the same tropical region as Sanya,has formed a strong competitive pressure on the international brand hotel industry in Sanya.Opportunities and challenges coexist.How to obtain a stable market share in the fierce competition and attract new customers while retaining customers has become a problem that every international brand hotel has to consider.Under this background,this paper studies the current situation and development path of Sanya International Brand Hotel,summarizes the development process of Sanya International Brand Hotel by consulting a large number of documents and using relevant theoretical knowledge,and through sending questionnaires to tourists staying in international Brand Hotel,understands the evaluation of hotels stayed by tourists,and part of the management of Sanya International Brand Hotel.Personnel interviews are conducted to understand the development situation and dilemma of the industry.The status quo of Sanya International Brand Hotel is studied in terms of location,operation and industry development.The development of Sanya International Brand Hotel is compared withthat of similar hotels,and the advantages and disadvantages of Sanya International Brand Hotel are further studied.On this basis,this paper summarizes and analyses the difficulties faced by Sanya international brand hotel industry in terms of industry competition,hotel service management and external environmental constraints,and draws relevant conclusions on the future development path of Sanya international brand hotel.Sanya international brand hotel industry should make use of the advanced management experience of the group to reduce operating costs,by precisely segmenting the market,opening up international customers,and protecting the rights and interests of its members,so as to reduce sales costs and rely on OTA to break down the competitive pressure of the industry;through strengthening the training of employees' professional quality,improving the level of hotel service,attaching importance to the combination of talent introduction and independent training,to build a country with characteristics International brand hotel culture will further enhance hotel service management.In addition,through the study of the international brand development path,it also has certain enlightenment significance for local brand hotels to formulate talent training plan,reduce turnover rate,learn advanced management mode to enhance competitive advantage,and attach importance to brand building and other development strategies.This study will help Sanya International Brand Hotel stand out in the highly competitive hotel industry,further develop the tourist market,enhance market competitiveness,and provide corresponding reference and guidance for the development of local brands.
