Influencing Factors And Evaluation Of The Integration Of Industrialization And Informatization In Shanxi Province

As the global economic structure changes,the phenomenom of industrial integration is becoming more and more common.In particular,information technolgy has gradually penetrated into the industrial field,and information technology and industrialization have merged In order toseize the opportunity of a new round of economic development and seize the opportunities brought about by informatization,the United States,Gernany,Japan and other developed counteies haveput forward co(?)esponding strategies.China has also explored a strategic line that suits China's national conditions.In 2015,Premier Li Keqiang mentioned in his work report at the Third Session of the 12th National Pcople's Congress that the "Made in China 2025"strategy should be implemented and imovation-driven development should be adhered to.The strategy must be changed from a manufacturing power to a manufacturing power,and i is pointed out that industrialization and information integration should be the main line.Industry is one of theimportant pillar industries of Shanxi Province.In recent,it has responded positively to thecountry's call for promoting the interation of industrialization and information.So far,it has achieved certain resuits,but there is on standard to measure the development level of regional industrialization and information integration,It is also unclear what factors are affected by the development process.Therefore,this maks the factors affecting the integration ofindustrialization and informatization and evaluation research partcularly important.This paper taker takes Shanxi industral enterprises as the rescarch object,using principal component analysis and entropy method study the influencing factors industrialization andinformation integration in Shanxi Province,And the levwl of industrialization and information integation was evaluated.Firstly,it analyzes existing literature at home abroad,and sorts out the relevant theories and develo[ment stans of industrialization,informationzation iindustriallzation and information integration.Secondly,using(?)terature analysis methed and the enterprise interview,the influencing factors of the integration of industrialization and informationzation in Shanxi Province were put forward,and then the data were obtained by issuing questionnaires,and 10 main influencing factors were identified by principal component analysis.Thirdly,through the analysis of industrialization and information integration evaluation indicators proposed by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and scholars,and combined with enterprise interviews,a set of evaluation index system is constructed,which includes three first-level indicators,seven second-level indicators and 24 third-level indicators index.Fourthly,through the various statistical yearbooks and official websites,the original data of the evaluations of 31 provinces from 2014 to 2018 were obtained,and the entropy method was used to evaluate the indicators.The comprehensive evaluation values of the provinces in the past five years were obtained,and the horizontal and vertical comparisons were made.Finally,combined with the influencing factors and the conclusions of the integration level evaluation,suggestions are made for the development of industrialization and information integration in Shanxi Province.The conclusions of this paper have reference value for the relevant administrative departments of industrialization and information integration in Shanxi Province to understand the level of industrialization integration in Shanxi Province and its ranking in the country,and to identify its own advantages and disadvantages.The proposed improvement suggestions for the industrialization of Shanxi Province It has practical guiding significance with the integration level of informationization and promoting the transformation and upgrading of traditional industrial enterprises.
