With the rapid development of economy,the competition among enterprises is also very fierce.In order to maximize the economic benefits of enterprises,many enterprises pay attention to products,services,prices and markets,but also focus on customer relationship management and maintenance.How to classify customers effectively and how to excavate the value of customer resources effectively has become an important factor and work center for the survival and development of enterprises.This also indicates that the management concept of "market-centered" has been gradually eliminated by enterprises,and the customer-oriented management concept affects the survival vitality of enterprises.Effective management of customer resources has become a research topic of enterprise development.Based on customer segmentation theory,customer value theory and customer satisfaction theory of customer relationship management,this paper takes Jiahao Design Company as a case study,and analyses the current situation of customer relationship management of the company.It is found that the problems of customer relationship management in Jiahao Design Company revolve around customer acquisition,customer segmentation management,customer value management,customer satisfaction management and customer relationship maintenance.After the detailed analysis of these problems in this paper,with the help of theoretical basis,we put forward some suggestions for improving the customer relationship management of Jiahao Design Company.From a practical point of view,these suggestions have certain value and help.Finally,this paper argues that the future customer relationship management needs to be combined with scientific and technological means for further work,such as the use of large data to fully analyze customers,and through artificial intelligence technology to help enterprise intelligent management.
