With the advancement of society,modern enterprises have changed from personnel management in the past to human resource management,and enterprises have taken the development of human resources as their core competitiveness.The scientific normative nature of job management has a direct effect on the development of performance,compensation,training and recruitment in human resources.Position analysis is also the basis of job management.Therefore,it is extremely important to do a good job in the analysis of the position of the company.As a subsidiary of China Mobile Communications Group,MY has grown and expanded since its inception in 2000.It is the largest communications operator in the local area.However,external competition is fierce,and the three operators have hit the price war to cause a decline in profits.The opening of the business such as the Internet has also eroded its share.The internal situation is also not optimistic.In the "Enterprise Sustainability Report" issued by the Sichuan Branch,the morale score of MY employees ranks second in the province.Streamlining internal processes can continue to cope with competition.At this stage,the company's human resources management is weak,and the company is not running smoothly.In order to solve the problems in the company's operation,MY decided to carry out the position analysis project,which is also the premise for the research.Through the literature method,questionnaire survey method and on-site interview method,there are four problems in the diagnosis of MY company position management:(1)organizational structure setting and process division of labor are delayed;(2)positions and work contents are not matched;(3)Lack of job qualifications,core skills knowledge;(4)lack of management control,redundant and lack of staff coexist.After diagnosing the problems of the company,through the relevant theoretical knowledge of position analysis,combined with the project's focus,start the design and implementation of position analysis,and establish a set of position analysis system suitable for MY company.Use the data analysis method and observation method of position analysis to collect information,design the three-level responsibility decomposition table,job description and other tools to output the analysis results,and achieve "determination of organization,position,ability,and establishment.According to the "four decisions",Carry out applied research,including:(1)determining recruitment requirements in staffing,determining job preparation requirements;(2)determining performance indicators in performance management to promote standardized performance management;(3)determining job coefficients in compensation management,mitigating Contradictions in employment;(4)Identify training needs in employee training,strengthen professional competence,and establish a position analysis feedback mechanism to form dynamic management.In the process of rapid expansion,enterprises should pay attention to the scientific norm of position management.As a standardized and rigorous tool,job analysis lays a solid foundation for the company's human resources work and promotes follow-up policies.At the same time,promote the realization of strategic goals,improve staff morale,streamline work processes,and improve the company's human resources management.
