| Building a quality management system that meets the requirements of the national military standards,which can help military enterprises to meet the fundamental needs of improving product quality and to enhance the competitiveness of products in suppliers.The R company is a small and medium-sized state-owned military enterprise with many years of experience in military product research and development.It is committed to providing customized products for multiple military services.Due to the large variety of products and the relatively small batch size,the company has been striving to explore how to use scientific quality management methods to improve product quality.Therefore,the focus of the company’s leadership and management is to build a quality management system that meets the GJB9001 standards and keep it running smoothly.The author of this article,as a quality engineer at the R company,is tasked with monitoring and maintaining product quality requirements.Outside the daily work,the author often thinks about how to improve the quality of the system to further improve the overall quality of the company.In the above situation,this paper proposes three basic research directions: to help the R company sort out the operation of historical quality system,to summarize the system operation problems and to propose system improvement measures.At the same time,the GJB9001 quality management system has entered a new stage of operation.In order to help the R company to transform to the new quality management system,which based on the operation of the original quality management system,the author proposes a working framework.This paper first introduces the background and development of the GJB9001 quality management system requirements,and clarifies the importance of military enterprises to establish a quality management system according to the GJB9001 standard requirements.Secondly,it introduces the basic situation of the quality management structure,file system and operation of the R company in the GJB9001 B version of the system.Thirdly,through the benchmark analysis of the non-conformities between its file system and internal and external audits,it summarizes the defects and problems that need to be solved under the requirements of the GJB9001 B standard.The promulgation of the GJB9001C-2017 requirements has undergone major changes in terms of both management ideas and the layout of the standards.How to formulate and implement a reasonable and feasible planning plan for R Company’s renewal and replacement work is the key content of the second phase of this paper.First,in this article,the main changes between the GJB9001 C system requirements and the old standards are compared.Then,the research is about how to implement these changes by modifying the current system documents.Secondly,according to the resulting document modification framework,the overall layout of this revision work is carried out.Finally,for the revision and renewal of the quality management system of R Company,this paper proposes the documentation system and operational procedures. |
