Research On The Elements And Control Measures Of Official Document Writing Based On Text Quality

The official documents are the tools of the ruling class to show its will and safeguard its interests.The role of the official documents playing effectively depends on the document's quality.The document's quality is closely related to the document writing activities that completing the tasks and targets of the organs and units to implement the decree and intentions.Essentially the essence of the writing activities is thinking activities of all writers' understanding,analysis,conclusions about social practice in order to reach the objective of the society's administration and harmony.How to improve the quality of the writing official document is the subject discussed in this paper.This paper summarizes the problems of document practice areas,then analyzes the reasons from the perspective of official document writing,analyzes the factors related to writing activities from theory and practice.It proposes solutions to practical problems specific demands and measures from the point of view of writing,finally constructs one mode about Document Writing activities Quality Monitoring and Evaluation.There are eight chapters in this paper.The first chapter introduces the topics' background,some basic concepts,document writing researches at home and abroad,the paper's content,research methods and the significance of the topic.The second defines the related concepts in the text,the official document,document writing,document quality control,official document writing quality control mode and some related theories.The third chapter lists some current problems in the field of document practice and tells the relationship between the problems and the official document writing.From three aspects it investigates and researches the document practice,first surveys Government documents network-based,follows-up the documents to understand the basic situation;second twice uses visited the formula plus a questionnaire survey of formula to get the document practice data from the secretarial staff in writing official documents;third references the government agencies own investigation on documents.It observes and analyzes the documents in practice from positive and negative effects,focusing on document insufficient in practice,especially from the perspective of official document writing.The fourth chapter analyzes the reasons for the practice of various document problems from official document writing,analyzing the context of official document writing,the system of official document writing,the contradictions of official document writing,the unity of subject and object of official document writing and the document writing related laws.The paper reveals the reasons why there are some problems,for example"policies from the above and measures to counter from the below","the problems of Red-Head Document","chop and change","document reading too much problem","bad style in official document writing",etc.The fifth chapter is the transition chapter of cause analysis and analysis and control of writing elements.It discusses the principles and related frameworks of document writing element control,and lays a good foundation for the following discussion.The sixth chapter,the seventh chapter and the eighth chapter analyze the impact of various elements of document writing activity and the role and requirements of the elements.The various elements influence the quality level of the document writing activity,perhaps leading to problems in practice of documents.In order to avoid problems in its document practice the paper studies the related elements of official document writing.There are five main elements,the document writer,the document receiver,the subject matter of documents disclosed,the subject matter of document text and the context document writing.The paper focuses on analyzing the various elements constituting the document text characteristics and requirements and the impact on the quality of writing documents.The ninth chapter summarizes the main innovation points and deficiencies,proposed the next research goal.
