Social enterprises have existed in China for a long time,but they had not named Social enterprises.In the 1980 s,social enterprises had defined and obtained a well developing in the developed countries such as Europe and America.They have achieved great success in solving social problems through innovative commercial means based on the market.Faced with today’s complex social problems,the phenomenons have come along successively that malfunction of the market mechanism,Regulatory failure and voluntary service miss of NPO.The emergence of social enterprise,a new form of organization,provides a new solution to solve the "triple failure" issue.Social enterprises are developing rapidly,playing a decisive role in all areas of society in China.However,the organizational form called social enterprises has introduced and developed late,and their strength is mostly weak in China.They are facing many problems such as shortage of resources and low competitiveness.Therefore,how to keep social enterprises solve social problems effectively and sustainable? it is an urgent problem for governments and social entrepreneurs to build an efficient and sustainable social enterprise.In the business field,the framework in research of business model is gradually mature,and plays an increasingly important role in maintaining the competitiveness of enterprises and sustainable development.It has become a specific means to crack down on the success of enterprises and maintain their sustainable success.In the field of social enterprises,there is not a complete theory,nor a mature business model analysis framework can be used yet.This paper attempts to fill in the social enterprise business model research field to explore,to accumulate experience for social enterprise business model research and propose a new direction to explore.This paper mainly explores and researches in the following aspects:First of all,this paper tries to apply the traditional business model analysis framework of enterprise to research the green tomato’s business model,I found that due to the particularity of social enterprise,the traditional business model analysis framework,not only ignored the spirit of social entrepreneurship and its role in the business model,also ignores social enterprise triple bottom line of economic,social,and environmental and pursuit of social sustainable solution,therefore,the traditional business model analysis framework can’t fit the organization form of the new business model analysis.It is necessary to innovate and redesign the business model analysis framework.Second,this paper deals with the existing analysis framework,and combines with the improvement of the model by scholars.It is found that it may be more appropriate to analyze the business model of social enterprises in the way of value flow.On the base of summarizing the relevant theories of Richard Son,N.M.P.Bocken,S.WShort,Gong yan and Yazhou Hao and other researchers,propose an innovative analytical framework for the social enterprise of green tomato,which takes customers,value proposition,value creation,value transmission and value acquisition as key elements.For embody the social entrepreneurship and their spirit,this paper introduces the concept of customer in product manager to extends this element,integrates the consideration of triple bottom line and sustainability,and expands the analysis dimension of business model.Finally,it is nessary to verify the applicability and effectiveness of the new analytical framework,this paper deconstructs the business model of green tomato again,and proves that the analytical framework has been improved in some field.Certainly,it needs practice and verify since this analysis model is still very young.It is hoped that the new analytical framework will benefit social entrepreneurs and related industries.
