Nowadays, environmental issues such as haze and energy shortages have become increasingly prominent. Moreover, the incidents of tainted milk powder and plasticizers in Taiwan have occurred one after another. Thus, the public strongly hopes to save energy and reduce emissions, improve corporate social responsibility(CSR),and reduce the impact of economic development on the environment and society. However, for enterprises, how to coordinate economic development, environmental protection, and the fulfillment of CSR? With the limited resources, there is a conflict among economy, environment and society. In the short term, increasing the investment of resources on one side will inevitably reduce the input of resources on the other side. But in the long term, the environmental protection will promote the growth of economy and the improvement of the corporate image. The economic development will provide funds for the implementation of environmental protection and social responsibilities. The fulfillment of social responsibilities can also heighten corporate image and improve the environment,so it will eventually promote economic growth and environmental protection. Therefore, for companies, different priorities will be adopted for the triple bottom line of economy, environment and society in different times. For example, with the enactment of stricter environmental regulations, companies must adopt strategies that give priority to environmental goals to meet requirements.Based on the above background, the focus of this paper is to comparing and analyzing the different strategies of the company in the supply chain. At present, the research on sustainable supply chain networks is mostly carried out from the aspects of social responsibility evaluation, carbon technology selection, carbon taxation, and carbon trading rights, but there are fewer considerations from the triple bottom line with different priorities. This article will break through the quantitative study of the previous study of sustainable supply chain network models, first consider the different strategies of company with theoretical analysis, and establish a realistic model of sustainable supply chain network. This article mainly studies from the following two aspects:(1)It analyzes the best response strategies of economic goals, environmental goals, social goals on prices, carbon emissions technology investment, and social responsibility efforts based on the different strategies. And it also draws on the dominant strategy among the equilibrium of different strategies.(2)By establishing a closed supply chain network,we study the optimal sustainable supply chain network with the demand affected by social responsibility efforts and analyze the optimization model of sustainable supply chain network based on different strategies. The most important thing is to provide reference and suggestions for companies to make strategic decisions.Through research on the above issues, the results can be shown as follows.First, for enterprises,it is more meaningful and practical to adopt a priority strategy for the triple bottom line only when investments in carbon emissions technology or social responsibility damage the interests of the company, that is,there is a conflict between economic goals and environmental goals or social goals.Second,a strategy that assigns higher priority to environmental and economic goals and then considers social goals is better than a strategy that prioritizes social goals and then considers economic and environmental goals.Third, social responsibility efforts in a certain range can promote economic, social and environmental goals simultaneously. But when it exceeds this certain range,it will damage economic, social, and environmental benefits. The best range of social responsibility levels is [0.79,0.95].Fourth,as the level of social responsibility increases, companies first achieve the balance between economic and environmental goals. Therefore, under the premise of limited resources, enterprises can assign higher priorities to reducing carbon emissions and investing in the environment.
