With the continuous improvement of the development of China's market economy,the corporate network has developed rapidly in the context of China,and the competition in network relations has intensified.The analysis methods of social networks have gradually been applied to the study of corporate strategic behavior choices.At present,more and more enterprises have the phenomenon of interlocking directorates.The social network between enterprises and enterprises formed by interlocking directorates is the interlocking directorate network.In the context of the current innovation-driven strategy,how the interlocking directorate network influences corporate innovation strategy behavior and how to make full use of the inter-enterprise relationship network has attracted widespread attention from scholars.Therefore,based on the theoretical analysis and hypothesis of analyzing the mechanism of the influence of enterprise interlocking directorate network on innovation behavior,this paper selects A-shares of Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets as sample enterprises,and empirically tests the network of enterprise interlocking directorates by establishing a matrix between enterprises and enterprises.In addition,for enterprises with directors' chain relationship,empirical analysis analyzes the relationship between individual attribute factors and substantive innovation and strategic innovation that have an impact on corporate innovation behavior.The research in this paper is mainly divided into two parts: Firstly,based on the pairing level in the social network analysis method,the relationship between the interlocking directorate network and the innovation behavior of enterprises is studied.It is found that when the direct interlocking directorate network relationship exists between two enterprises,the smaller the difference of innovation behavior between companies,the higher the degree of convergence,and the convergence effect will become the intensity of the direct interlocking directorate network relationship.more obvious.It is further found that the network relationship and intensity of direct interlocking directorates mainly affect the convergence of strategic innovation behaviors of enterprises,and the impact on the convergence of substantive innovation behaviors is not obvious.Then,the enterprise with the relationship of directors is taken as the research object,and the influencing factors of the innovation behavior of the enterprise are studied based on the attributes of the typical individual nature.The analysis finds that the organizational redundancy of enterprises has a negative impact on the innovation behavior of enterprises(including strategic innovation behaviors and substantive innovation behaviors).The concentration of ownership of enterprises is related to the innovation behavior of enterprises(total innovation)and substantive innovation.There is a negative impact,but the relationship between the company's equity concentration and strategic innovation is not significant.On the basis of the embedded perspective,this paper focuses on the theoretical issue of how he interlocking directorate network influences the innovation behavior of enterprises.Starting from the related aspects of social network and information transmission,this paper deeply analyzes the impact mechanism of the network of interlocking directorates on the convergence of innovation behaviors.This research can not only enrich the research in the field of strategic behavior,but also expand the scope of the network of corporate interlocking directorates.
