| With the transformation and development of China’s economy,social problems have become increasingly prominent,and the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility has been increasingly concerned by the public and the media.How to promote enterprises to actively fulfill social responsibility has become one of the focuses of academic circles.However,star-ups crporate have been continuously concerned by the academic community due to the characteristics of high risk and high growth.Due to the relative lack of resources,it is particularly important to relieve resource constraints and promote the implementation of social responsibility by interlock director network.At the same time,with the proposal of innovation-driven development strategy,enterprises actively improve their innovation ability,which undoubtedly not only meets the social needs,but also provides strong financial support for the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility.It has become an effective way to improve the innovation ability of enterprises to relieve the constraint of enterprise resources and break through the innovation limitation with the help of the interlock director network.Through sorting out relevant literature at home and abroad on corporate social responsibility,interlock director network and innovation ability,the definition of the three variables in the study is clarified,and the relationship and effect among them are clarified.At the same time,according to relevant research literature,this paper selects degree centrality and structural hole in the location of interlocking director network as research variables,and takes the total number of enterprise patent applications as the substitute variable of innovation ability to construct the theoretical framework among interlocking director network,innovation ability and corporate social responsibility.Finally,by taking China’s star-ups corporate as the research object and taking 3 432 data samples from 2012 to 2018 for 7 consecutive years as samples,the regression analysis was conducted by stata13 and the test was conducted by 2SLS and substitution variable method to verify the relationship among interlock director network,innovation ability and crporate social responsibility.The results show that: The higher the degree of centrality or occupying more structural holes in the network of chain directors,the more beneficial it is to promote the performance of corporate social responsibility;When the network center of chain directors is higher or occupies more structural hole position,the more beneficial it is to promote the innovation ability of enterprises.;Innovation ability plays an intermediary role between interlocking directorate network and star-ups crporate social responsibility. |
