With the urgency of changes from "Made in China" to "Created in China",the contribution of high-tech enterprises to China's innovation is of great importance.As the core of decision-making,the importance of top management team can not be ignored.Therefore,it is significance to study the impact of the openness of high-tech enterprises' top management teams on corporate innovation theoretically or practically.Firstly,this paper has put forward the research hypothesis and theoretical models basing on the research status and related theoretical basis,and meanwhile,the measurement of related variables have being accomplished.And besides,the rationality of variable measurement is tested by questionnaire.According to the measurement of variables,the relevant data of high-tech enterprises are processed.After processing,the data of 614 high-tech enterprises listed companies for 2013-2017 are obtained,and the data type is balance panel data.Then,STATA13 is utilized to analyze the hypothesis testing of the relationship between Top management Team openness,corporate strategy adjustment and corporate innovation performance.Finally,according to the hypothesis test results,using the economic model and incomplete information static game analysis to explore the application of the Top management Team openness.The results show that: the openness of the top management team has a significant positive impact on corporate strategic adjustment;there is a significant positive correlation between corporate strategic adjustment and corporate innovation;corporate strategic adjustment mediates the relationship between Top management Team openness and corporate innovation;There is a significant positive correlation between Top management Team openness and corporate innovation;environmental uncertainty is positively regulating the relationship between corporate strategic adjustment and corporate innovation performance;when companies just want to maintain the status,the new introduction of top management team's openness is not the bigger the better;when companies want to change the status,the greater the openness of the newly introduced executives,the better;for executives,they are more willing to choose those with higher openness to executives.
