| The modern industrial system is an inevitable choice for the highly optimized industrial structure.The construction of a modern industrial system is conducive to the full realization of the modern economic system.Guizhou has two significant characteristics of ecological fragility and economic poverty.Building a modern industrial system is also the only way for Guizhou to implement the poverty alleviation strategy,which is in line with the practical needs of Guizhou’s social and economic development.Guizhou needs to firmly grasp the strategic opportunities of poverty alleviation,big data and big ecological development,firmly hold the two bottom lines of development and ecology,and build a modern industrial system with outstanding advantages and distinctive characteristics.Combining with the problems of the status quo and structure of Guizhou’s industrial development,this thesis puts forward the connotation characteristics of modern industrial system and advantageous industry,and determines the components of modern industrial system as the advantageous industrial cluster of modern agriculture,strategic emerging industry and big health industry,and the definition and classification of the health industry.The gray correlation algorithm is used to select the dominant industrial clusters,and the three-dimensional model of the modern industrial system is constructed: modern agriculture-strategic emerging advantageous industry-large health advantage industry,and the model operation mechanism is given.Then the Malmquist index method is used to analyze the total factor productivity of the dominant industrial clusters,and according to the efficiency calculation results of each industry,some pertinent optimization suggestions are put forward.Finally,the standard index system of modern industrial system development is put forward,and the overall path of modern industrial development is proposed,which provides an effective basis for the smooth realization of modern industrial system. |
