Research On Industry Integration Development Of Strategic Emerging Industries And Modern Service Industry In Tianjin

With the profound influence owing to the 2008 financial crisis to the world, the countries are transferring the productivity to the emerging industry and applying technological innovation into all aspects of production so that they can achieve the change of the industry structure, upgrading of industrial integration and rapid development of economy for the dominant player in the future international economic system. In 2009,as a developing country,China has proposed the plan of strategic emerging industries. With the deepening of modernization construction, the modern service industry supported by the electronic information and network technique has become an important indicator to measure the development degree of the national economy.This paper studies Tianjin’s integrative development of the two industries in the following aspects. First, lots of literature clarify the formation,status development trend of strategic emerging industries and modern service industry. These literatures includes the meaning and characteristics of the two industries. Secondly, this paper bases on the theories of the economics, such as industry life cycle theory, industrial linkage theory and industrial integration theory. It analysis the integration development theoretical basis of strategic emerging industries and modern service. Based on the above three theories and combined the current situation of Tianjin, the article elaborates the present status and the integrative development trend of convergence of the two industries in Tianjin. On the basic of the Input-output analysis method and the annual input-output table of Tianjin 2005,2007,2010, this paper makes mathematics analysis and measures the integrative extent of the integration of the two industries so that we can find out the problems in the process of integration development of the two industries in Tianjin. Finally, based on the foregoing analysis, the paper concluds counter plan and suggestions for the integration development of strategic emerging industries and modern service industry in Tianjin.
