Study On Accurate Identification Of Poverty Alleviation Objects In Township Of Jilin Province

Since the 1980s,the Chinese government has been committed to the governance of rural poverty and has achieved remarkable results.Especially after General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed “precise poverty alleviation” in 2013,the rural poverty alleviation work immediately entered a new era.Tens of millions of rural poor have successfully lifted out of poverty with the help of the government.In order to complete our party's solemn commitment to all people in the country to achieve poverty alleviation from the current poverty standards in 2020,we must constantly correct various problems in the process of precision poverty alleviation.Accurate identification of poverty alleviation objects is the basis for accurate poverty alleviation,and it is the focus of the broad masses of the people.China's precise poverty alleviation has widespread problems of inaccurate identification,which not only affects the effectiveness of accurate poverty alleviation work,but also makes the public's satisfaction with the government's implementation of poverty alleviation policies low,which undermines the public image of the government.Therefore,it is of great significance for the implementation of the accurate identification policy to explore the problems in the accurate identification of township entities that focus on implementing poverty alleviation policies.This paper takes the research on the problems existing in the process of accurately identifying poverty alleviation objects in S town of Jilin Province as the starting point,and based on the theory of information asymmetry,collusion theory and policy modification theory,through the research methods such as questionnaires and interviews,the township is accurate.There are problems in identifying.Through investigation,it is found that S town has problems such as weak main body,small object scope,subjective execution of standards,and a large amount of resources in the accurate identification of poverty alleviation objects.The analysis of the causes of the problem mainly focuses on accurately identifying the subject's rights and responsibilities system,big data information platform,rural environment and assessment and evaluation subjects.Therefore,it is strengthening the construction of poverty alleviation teams in towns and villages,improving the big data information platform,and strengthening publicity and education.Try to propose feasible measures in the assessment and evaluation mechanism.
