As a global manufacturing and management technology of lean production,the research on its successful implementation has been the focus of academic attention.The existing research mainly focuses on the influence of the situational factors of lean practices on its implentation.Although it can explain the reasons why lean production is always difficult to be successfully implemented to a certain extent,the relationship between the elements of lean production practices and its mechanism are not clear.Therefore,it is necessary to study the relationship between lean production practices and their application in the context of specific conditions.This thesis consists of two main parts.One is to establish the structure model of lean production practices and the following is using Bayesian network to forecast the effect of lean production practices on enterprise performance.First part,on the basis of literature review,this study takes the interrelationship between lean production practices as the starting point.And then seventeen key lean practices and four operational performance indicators(quality,cost,flexibility,delivery)in lean production implementation are comprehensively identified,combining the practical experience of lean experts.By means of sending e-mail and interview to the lean experts,the direct relationship between seventeen kinds of lean production practices is obtained.And then the structural model of lean production practice is established by the method of interpretative structural modeling.Second part,analyze the relationship between lean production practices and enterprise performance.Firstly,based on the establishment of lean maturity model,subjective Bayesian method is adopted to get the prior probability distribution which comes from questionnaire survey.Then,Bayesian inference and Bayesian diagnosis are performed to analyze the effect of this structural relationship on the successful implementation of lean production.This analysis fully reveals the internal mechanism of lean production practice appliction.In this study,the interpretative structural modeling and the Bayesian networks are combined to interpret the structural model for revealing the interaction relationship between lean practice,followed by establishing a Bayesian network to link the operational performance of the manufacturing enterprise.Through the Bayesian network prediction and diagnosis of specific cases,the interaction relationship between lean practice and the effect of lean practice on enterprise performance can be deeply understood.It provides a broader perspective for understanding the success or failure of lean production implementation and helps companies to develop effective lean production decision-making.
