DayouFutures was established in July 2002,is the largest futures company in Hunan province,and has many business qualifications.DayouFutures constantly seeks sustainable profit business model,But with the internatio nal and domestic competition in the futures market has become fiercer and fiercer,so DayouFutures new development strategies to meet the opportunities and challenges in the future.On this condition,DayouFutures urgently needs effective and practical strategy to give full play of own resources to get strategic competitiveness.This paper uses modern strategy theory and basis on the current situation of the futures market to research development strategy of DayouFutures to gain competitive advantage.Firstly,sums up the domestic and foreign research fruits about development strategy of futures company,in order to get ideas about modern strategy management theory and methods for solving the problem of futures company development strategy.Secondly,this paper analyzes the external and internal environment of DayouFutures,so as to find the opportunities and threats,and sums up the strengths and weaknesses,also uses SWOT analysis todetermine the company's alternative development strategy.And then,based on the strategy of SWOT analysis,this paper sets up Harbin Bank's strategy goals and future development strategy.Finally,makes plan for the implementation steps of the company's development strategyin terms of product structure,business architecture,and human resources.And proposes thestrategic secure measures such asadjusting the organizational structure,introducing capital,building an advanced technology management system and establishing a rigorous risk management system.This paper is based on the Dayou Futures company's development status and internal and external environment,using modern strategic management theory thought,Systematically studys the future development strategy of Dayou Futures.It clarifies the company's strategic objectives,strategic choice and safeguard measures,Points out the direction for its strategic development.It is of great significance to discuss the development theory of futures companies and guide the development practice of futures companies.
