China is a traditional agricultural country.There are many kinds of farm products in China.How to sell and buy the farm products is a problem troubled us.Rural e-commerce as a new business model,it is important in the settlement of this problem.The government pays much attention to the development of rural e-commerce.Along with rapid development of e-commerce,the industry will upgrade,the circulation model will change,the supply side of agriculture will reform and the development of modern agriculture will accelerate.The main subject of this study is the development status and problems of e-commerce in Qinbaijiang district of Chengdu.Literature research,filed research and statistical analysis were are used.The main content of the study includes:(1)the associated concepts and theories of rural e-commerce;(2)the restraining factors and problems in the development of rural e-commerce in China;(3)the development status and main problems in rural e-commerce of Qinbaijiang district of Chengdu;(4)field research of the rural e-commerce development status in the rural of Qinbaijiang;(5)the countermeasures and suggestions for the promotion of e-commerce in Qinbaijiang.As a result of our field research,we concluded that:(1)the educational level of farmers in Qinbaijiang is low,the notions of e-commerce is out of date,and the internet penetration is low;(2)Agricultural production mode lags behind and lacks corresponding agricultural production standards.(3)Rural logistics development lags behind,infrastructure construction is insufficient.(4)the development of e-commerce of agricultural products lags behind,there is a lack of e-commerce talents,and farmers know little about e-commerce.
