Study On The Optimization Of Agricultural Industrial Structure In Qionglai

At present,agricultural development has entered a new historical stage.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly points out that we should accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.Optimizing the structure of agricultural industry is an important way to promote agricultural modernization,which is of great significance to realize agricultural efficiency,enterprise profit and farmers' income.Qionglai has been a big agricultural city since ancient times.Under the new situation,the development of Qionglai's agriculture is facing the contradiction of agricultural structure.It is the key to realize the modernization of agriculture,realize the sustainable development of agriculture and optimize the agricultural structure.This paper takes Qionglai as the research object,collects the relevant data of agricultural industry development in Qionglai City in the past five years,analyses the basic situation of agricultural development in Qionglai City,the status of agriculture in the three industries,and the changes of the internal structure of agriculture in Qionglai City,compares and analyzes the changes of the internal structure of agriculture in Qionglai City,Chengdu City,Sichuan Province and the whole country.On this basis,the main problems and influencing factors of Qionglai's agricultural industry structure are deeply analyzed.Finally,suggestions on how to optimize the structure of Qionglai's agricultural industry are put forward.At present,the output value of Qionglai animal husbandry accounted for 58%,the output value of planting industry accounted for 34%,forestry,fishery and agriculture,animal husbandry and fishery services accounted for only 8%,which shows that the internal structure of Qionglai agriculture is not reasonable,the development of various industries is not coordinated enough,it is necessary to optimize the structure of Qionglai agricultural industry.This paper holds that there are five main problems in the structure of Qionglai's agricultural industry: unreasonable internal industrial structure of agriculture;low degree of agricultural industrialization;low level of agricultural science and technology;imperfect industrial chain,low degree of integration;and insufficient brand advantage of Qionglai's manufacturing.The main influencing factors of the unreasonable agricultural structure in Qionglai City are insufficient agricultural capital input,insufficient industrial support,lack of agricultural scientific and technological personnel,low quality of rural labor force,unobstructed market information,high agricultural production costs,and inadequate understanding of the sustainable development of agriculture.In view of the problems existing in the structure of Qionglai's agricultural industry,this paper puts forward the following measures: optimizing the internal industrial structure of agriculture,strengthening the supporting policies of agricultural industry,increasing agricultural investment,implementing the strategy of promoting agriculture through science and technology,enhancing the comprehensive strength of the brand of "Qionglai Manufacturing",improving the level of intensive processing of agricultural products,integrating and extending the industrial chain,and so on.Enhance the sustainable development ability of agriculture.
