Study On Poverty Alleviation Model Of New Industrial Enterprises Of "Government, Enterprise And Agriculture" In Ya'an City

As the backbone of social organizations,enterprises play an active role in poverty alleviation and development.This model farewell to the previous situation of poverty alleviation by the government alone,which not only guarantees the interests of poor households,makes poor households become the "masters" of poverty alleviation,but also changes passive participation into active participation.At the same time,it will play the backbone of enterprises and make up for some shortcomings in the government's poverty alleviation work;and the government will carry out poverty alleviation work for the poor population.Employment survey,the organization of industrial enterprises and poor villages docking,government funds injection and other aspects actively play their functions and responsibilities,and work together to turn poverty alleviation into a long-term cause for the well-being of the people and for the development of enterprises.Firstly,through literature search and case study,the paper puts forward the theoretical basis of this paper: including poverty,poverty alleviation theory,corporate social responsibility theory and precise poverty alleviation theory;secondly,through on-the-spot investigation and questionnaire survey.This paper analyses the main causes and needs of poverty-stricken households,the measures taken by non-public enterprises to participate in poverty alleviation and development,the results achieved and the path of participation,reveals the existing problems,main reasons and shortcomings,and then finds out the feasibility and advantages of the implementation of the new industrial poverty alleviation model of "government,enterprises and farmers" in Ya'an City;and finally,first draws lessons from the domestic experience.On the basis of the innovative model of precise poverty alleviation of enterprises in the region,three optimal models for the implementation of the new industrial poverty alleviation model of "government,enterprise and agriculture" in Jiaya'an City are put forward: company + base + farmer household,poverty alleviation workshop,enterprise + farmer household + brand.
