Research On Critical Influencing Factors Cost Management In A Large Tourism Development Project

This paper introduces H large-scale tourism development project as a case,combined with mature cost management theory and important practical experience,from the perspective of project developers,with the goal of effective project cost control,Analyze the key influencing factors of cost management through a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods.Through the extensive investigation of the project and the reading of the literature,the project management knowledge system PMBOK is used as the theoretical guidance of project cost management.The Delphi method,AHP method and ISM method are used to identify,evaluate and analyze the influencing factors of project cost management.Hierarchical relationship between key influencing factors of cost management in large-scale tourism development projects.Firstly,through the research of the literature,the important components of project cost management are identified,which are the four stages of planning cost management,estimating cost,making budget and controlling cost.Then,based on the PMBOK theory research,the Delphi method is further analyzed.Through the four rounds of questionnaire survey of the expert group,23 influencing factors of the cost management of H large-scale tourism development projects are extracted.Then based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),we identified ten key influencing factors of cost management for large-scale tourism development projects: formulating project cost management plans,determining project grade standards,analyzing the organization and environment of the project,and sorting out Project stakeholders' interest relationship,formulating project financial system,improving project risk register,formulating project schedule,project document update,project resource reserve analysis,project partner agreement contract model.Finally,according to the identified ten key influencing factors,using the Interpretative Structural Model(ISM)analysis,the structural model of the key factors affecting the cost management of H large-scale tourism development projects is obtained,and the hierarchical structure relationship among various factors is clarified.In short,the thesis studies the key influencing factors of cost management of large-scale tourism development projects,constructs the structural model of key influencing factors,and conducts an inductive analysis of the interaction between key influencing factors,provide some practical methods and inspirations for construction project cost management.
