Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Inviting Investment By Linghai Municipal Government

With the goal of becoming the first square matrix of county economy in the whole province,linghai city takes investment attraction as one of the core work to promote the development of county economy,sets up the concept of "project as king" and carries out the related work of investment attraction with all its strength.Linghai municipal government has made steady progress in attracting investment in recent years,and achieved relatively obvious results.The economic aggregate keeps growing and the economic structure is constantly optimized.Attracting investment provides an important driving force and a good foundation for the economic development of linghai county.Under the background of comprehensively deepening reform and the new normal of economy,linghai municipal government still has some problems in attracting investment,which to some extent hinders project introduction,industrial development and park construction.Only the in-depth study of the countermeasures to solve these problems,in order to ensure that linghai investment promotion work continues to be strong,and then promote the overall revitalization of linghai city.Reviewed the domestic and foreign investment promotion and capital introduction is presented in this paper,based on the theory and practice research of linghai investment promotion and capital introduction elaborates the status quo analysis,and draw lessons from the practice of the typical developed countries and the domestic investment promotion and capital introduction in experience,summed up the linghai of problems existing in the government investment promotion and capital introduction including the change of government function,development planning is not scientific,the unobvious superiority of main investment environment and investment promotion team is weak.And the actual causes of these problems are found in depth.Finally,combined with the advanced ideas,experience and concrete practices of domestic and foreign governments,this paper puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions in line with the actual situation of linghai municipal government.
