Research On Countermeasures Of Attracting Foreign Investment In Dongfeng District Of Jiamusi City

Attracting investment is an important part of the economic policies of China's reform and opening up.With the rapid development of China's economy and society,attracting investment has become an important means for the local governments to develop their economy.Jiamusi Dongfeng district is located in the eastern part of Heilongjiang City,Jiamusi province.The traffic in the area is well developed.The major industrial parks,seed parks and high-tech zones are all located in the Dongfeng district.In recent years,the rapid development of the east area economy,and achieved certain results,investment has played an important role in investment work has been in Jiamusi city of Heilongjiang province and even the leading position,but the problems have also emerged.If these problems can not be solved in time,it will directly affect the sustained and stable economic development of Dongfeng district.Study on how to make the investment work scientifically effectively,make more domestic and international large enterprises settled in Dongfeng District,promote local economic development,for Dongfeng district government has important practical significance in investment promotion work.Based on the analysis of the current investment situation of Dongfeng district and the statistical arrangement of the data,this paper finds out the existing problems in the investment promotion work of the Dongfeng District government.At the same time,through the comparison and theoretical analysis of the investment model of the typical developed areas of China,the author makes reference to its advanced experience and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for attracting investment in Dongfeng district.The paper is divided into four parts: the first part,introduction,mainly expounds the research background,research purpose,significance,research status at home and abroad,research content and research methods.The second part mainly analyzes the Dongfeng district investment current situation and problems,problems in molecular process,mainly from six aspects of policy support in place,industrial agglomeration is not obvious,investment funds,investment chain breaking efficiency is low,the loss of state-owned assets,theindustrial advantage of talent shortage,lack of reserve resources.The third part,the local government investment model comparison and theoretical analysis of language experience,analyze the key investment mode on the city of Jiangsu,Beijing,Dongguan and other developed areas,and compared with Dongfeng district investment model,on the basis of theoretical analysis,summary of experience.The fourth part,based on the above analysis,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions of Dongfeng investment from the following six aspects,one is to change ideas,improve the understanding of the significance of the investment;the two is to give full play to the advantages of Dongfeng regional economic zone;three is to optimize the investment environment,improve the investment service system is established;four sound scientific and standardized work mechanism;five is to strengthen the support of talents,improve investment quality of personnel;the six is to build industrial clusters,build the industrial chain investment platform.
