The Research For The Development Strategy Of C Securities Company In The Internet Era

In the new era,the sustained and steady growth of the national economy and the continuous reform of the financial system have created good opportunities for the innovation and development of the securities industry.At the same time,with the rising wealth of Chinese residents,whose demands for asset preservation and appreciation and the diversification of investment channels are growing,while the willingness of entrusting professional asset management institutions to manage property is also correspondingly enhanced,which has become a constant driving force for innovation in the securities business.Based on the rapid development of China's securities industry for 30 years,the number of securities companies(brokers)jumped to 131,with total assets of 6.14 trillion yuan at 31 December 2017.The securities market has become the key participant in the service of the real economy.With a new trend of Internet-based,standardized and diversified business development is taking shape,the securities market development is facing new opportunities and challenges.Under the foundation of the booming internet finance,it is very practical to formulate C brokerage strategy.Firstly,this paper finds that C brokers have the basis for developing internet finance business by analyzing the internal environment and external environment of C brokers.Secondly,it is concluded that C brokers should give full play to their advantages and seize opportunities to develop Internet business through the SWOT matrix analysis of the C brokers' competitive environment.Thirdly,combining the internet development trend of China's brokers and the development history of mature internet brokers in developed countries,this paper finds the experience and enlightenment,and determines the feasible direction of C brokers' internet development strategy.Finally,this paper formulates its implementation path,safeguard measures and risk control.In summary,this paper proposes two paths for the Internet development of C brokers: one is the self-built fixed-income Internet asset management platform;the other is to marry the Internet Group for building an Internet financial ecosystem.In the process of C brokerage strategy implementation,brokers should emancipate their minds,embrace the spirit of the Internet,and strengthen risk prevention,so as to achieve new leap-forward development and stand for a better position in the securities industry.
