With the openness of China Financial Markets constantly improving, there is a closer financial markets’association between mainland and Hong Kong when there is an increasing number of mainland people starting to invest in Hong Kong Stocks Market and others. Under the circumstances, supervision department proactively works to launch the policy in order to encourage the intervolving of A Stock Market and Hong Kong Stocks Market, thus ensuring the brokers both in mainland and Hong Kong begin to actively stake out their turf so as to explore new markets. Besides, with the rapid development of Internet Finance, securities companies realizes that financial industry is endowed with huge opportunities by Internet, so some of them starts to actively explore and attempt to establish an innovation model:" Internet+Stock ", which is of great significance for traditional securities companies in Hong Kong. Hong Kong’s home markets become more and more saturated, thus having a limited development space. However, that Internet can cross regions and be rapidly spread makes Hong Kong securities companies be able to explore highly potential mainland markets by implementing the new model called "Internet+Stock".On the subject of studying of development strategy of Hong Kong’s traditional broker, this paper possesses a strong timeliness and practical significance. In the first place, the paper introduces the concept of Internet Finance and analyzes present development situation of Internet brokers both at home and abroad. Furthermore, by taking W company for example, the author analyzes the present operations situation and environment of traditional securities companies in Hong Kong and enumerates the opportunities and challenges faced in the process of Hong Kong’s transformation in traditional broker to Internet broker. Accordingly, the author analyzes the target users groups and competitors of traditional brokers in Hong Kong. Ultimately, the author draws a conclusion:Traditional brokers in Hong Kong may focus on the target users groups and make full use of Internet technologies. They should adopt low fees policy under the mode of combining online and offline in order to explore markets at a rapid speed. Meanwhile, they ought to actively introduce cooperation partners so as to pursue new profit model for a diversified development.
