Facing the constant changes in the economic and financial situation,China's commercial banks are facing a big shuffle.In the business of commercial banks,the retail business has been paid more and more attention by commercial banks because of its huge customer base,strong ability to create value and the ability to disperse the risk.At the same time,based on the deepening of interest rate marketization and financial innovation,especially on the basis of the integrated,mobile,intelligent and socialized development of financial demand under the Internet,the existing retail business and its business model in China's commercial banks are also facing many challenges.Against this background,China's commercial banks have arranged the transformation of retail business and the reconstruction of their business models.On the basis of the definition and theory of commercial banks' retail business and business model,this paper makes an investigation on the practice of the retail banking business transformation and the reconstruction of business model from the development background,the development trend and the characteristics of the commercial banks in China.Credit bank and Hangzhou bank,and compare with the practice of foreign commercial banks' retail business transformation and management model restructure,and draw some related revelations.Further,this paper,taking the Bank of Nanjing as the target of the study,analyzes the development status of its retail business and the mode of its retail business,and combines the economic and financial environment of China and the concrete practice of the Nanjing bank,from the development strategy,value orientation,business breakthrough,organizational structure adjustment,and product body.Department and cross marketing,differential pricing capacity,multi-channel management,brand establishment and promotion,target cluster management,risk prevention and control ability,and other aspects of the retail business transformation and management model restructuring strategy and strategic system.The purpose of this study is to provide feasible ideas and strategies for the transformation of commercial banks' retail business and the reconstruction of business models in order to effectively cope with the changing economic and financial environment and to achieve the pursuit of bank income and profit.
