In recent years,under the background of the entrepreneurial boom,both at the national level and at the social level,great attention has been paid to entrepreneurial issues,and the entrepreneurial market environment has become complex and varied,resulting in volatility,complexity,and uncertainty.The vague entrepreneurial market environment is accompanied by increasing pressure on entrepreneurs,and the issues related to entrepreneurial emotions have also attracted more and more scholars' attention and research.Emotional research is a hot research topic at present,and entrepreneurial orientation is a classic research problem in the field of entrepreneurship.When studying entrepreneurial emotions,it must pay attention to the individual characteristics of entrepreneurs.Entrepreneurs of different personality traits are not the same in the emotional state and coping style when faced with tremendous pressure.So how do different personality traits affect emotional changes and behavioral tendencies? How does entrepreneurial emotional change affect entrepreneurial behavioral tendencies? These questions are worth exploring.Based on the theory of social cognition,this thesis studies the emotions of entrepreneurs' dynamic changes,constructs conceptual models and proposes corresponding research hypotheses.The main contents of the research include:(1)the influence research of entrepreneurial emotion on entrepreneurial orientation,and explore the influence of positive emotion and negative emotion on the dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation.(2)The regulation of personality traits.And to explore the role of entrepreneurs with extrovert personality,open personality and conscientious personality the adjustment effect in the process of positive emotions on entrepreneurial orientation,and the adjustment effect in the process of negative emotions on entrepreneurial orientation.This study used the experience sampling method to conduct a continuous 14-day follow-up questionnaire survey of 61 entrepreneurs,and empirically analyzed the collected valid data through SPSS 22.0 to verify the main effects of entrepreneurial emotions on entrepreneurial orientation.And the regulatory effects of personality traits.The research results have the following two aspects.First,positive emotions and negative emotions have a positive impact on entrepreneurs seeking advanced and innovative behaviors and risk-takingbehaviors.Second,personality traits such as extroversion,openness,and conscientiousness not only regulate the influence of positive emotions on advance action and innovative behavior,but also regulate the influence of negative emotions on advance action and innovative behavior.Moreover,the positive impact of positive emotions and negative emotions on entrepreneurial orientation is more significant.Personality traits play different roles in the mechanism of emotions affecting entrepreneurial orientation.Extroversion and conscientiousness have the greatest role in regulating positive action and innovation in positive emotions.Openness and conscientiousness have the least effect on the adjustment of advance action and innovation in negative emotions.In the complex and changing environment of the entrepreneurial market,this paper explores the influence affect of entrepreneurial emotion on entrepreneurial orientation from the perspective of social cognition theory.The research conclusions have improved the existing research of social cognition theory to a certain extent,enriched the related research of personality traits,and provided new ideas for the study of entrepreneurial emotions and entrepreneurial orientation.Finally,based on the results of this research,this paper further discusses and analyzes entrepreneurs' personality,emotions and behavioral decisions,and provides relevant suggestions for the selection of managers and strategic choices of start-ups based on the research results.
