With the advent of service-oriented society and supply-side reform,more and more rural workers are entering cities and towns to become the main force of the service industry.The emotional labor problem of rural service personnel in organizational rules not only affects the physical and mental health of service personnel,but also is the key to improve the service quality of the organization.So to explore the rural cadastral service personnel in the organization under different commitment level of perception and emotional expression rules the effect of emotional labor strategy is very necessary,in the background based on our research,resource conservation theory,cybernetics,theory of action,on the basis of theory combined with the food service industry is in changsha city of hunan province surrounding rural cadastral data collected from employees as the research object,build emotional expression rules as independent variable commitment,emotional expression rules for regulating variable,linear structure model of the impact of emotional labor,regression analysis,to explore the effect of emotional display rules and emotional labor strategy choice.And test the regulating effect of emotional expression rule commitment on the relationship between them.Through empirical analysis,the following research conclusions are obtained:expressing positive emotion expression rules can significantly positively affect emotional labor,but inhibiting negative emotion expression rules have no significant impact on emotional labor.Expressing positive emotion expression rules can significantly positively affect deep emotional labor behavior,and restraining negative emotion expression rules can also significantly positively affect deep emotional labor behavior.It indicates that after understanding the positive emotion rules required by the organization,the rural nationality service personnel are willing to accept the organization's requirements for good emotional behavior through their own internal regulation.After introducing moderator variables into the model,the promise of emotional expression rules can significantly positively regulate the relationship between the expression of positive emotions and superficial behaviors,as well as the expression of positive emotions and deep behaviors.While the performance rule commitment can not significantly regulate the inhibition of negative emotions and superficial behavior,but it has a significant positive regulatory effect between the inhibition of negative emotions and deep behavior.It indicates that when the service personnel have a high degree of identification with the organization,they are more willing to accept the feeling of the organization from the bottom of their heart,so as to take the initiative to adjust and internalize the organizational requirements,thus prompting individuals to adopt the deep behavioral strategy.In addition,the independent sample T test and univariate analysis of variance were conducted between demographic variables and each variable.It was found that gender would affect labor strategy,age would affect emotional expression rule perception,and working years would affect employees' commitment to rules.There are two innovations in this study:first,the relationship between emotional expression rules and emotional labor is studied by adding the promise of emotional expression rules as a moderating variable to explore the moderating effect of emotional expression rules.Secondly,the innovation of the research object is to study the rural nationality service personnel as a specific group,and explore the rules and labor strategies this group feels in the organization.Finally,this paper systematically summarized the research conclusions,drew the management and practical significance,and pointed out the shortcomings of this research and the future direction of further research and development...
