A Study On The Countermeasures Of Precision Assistance In Lishu County, Jilin Province

Poverty has always been a difficult problem and a major obstacle to the economic development and social development of various countries.How to fight poverty is regarded as a worldwide problem.For China,the solution to the poverty problem is related to the long-term stability of the party and the country,the overall situation of socialist modernization,and the realization of the Chinese dream.Since General Secretary Xi Jinping first proposed a precise poverty alleviation policy in 2013,it has been six years since the poverty situation in our country has been greatly improved,and the precision poverty alleviation work has entered the “last mile”.Accurate assistance is an important part of the precision poverty alleviation work.Lishu County of Jilin Province has been actively implementing the national strategic deployment and has achieved excellent results,but the situation of precision assistance work is still grim.General Secretary Xi once visited Jilin Province in 2015,and stressed in the survey that people's livelihood is the biggest goal of economic development.Jilin Province should accelerate the development of agricultural modernization and make Jilin Province's new economic growth pole,and continue to promote the new province of Jilin Province.Rural construction provides more public services for the “old,young,marginal,and poor” regions.In actual work,there are many reasons for restricting poverty-stricken areas in Lishu County,Jilin Province,such as lack of pillar industries,rural employment problems,backward infrastructure,education,medical care,etc.,and the search for precision assistance based on existing problems.Point is the key to the accurate assistance work in Lishu County.It is necessary to carry out in-depth analysis of the precision assistance measures in Lishu County,Jilin Province.This paper uses a variety of research methods such as comprehensive analysis,literature review,field research,data analysis,etc.,expounds the research on the poverty,the causes and the help measures of some domestic and foreign experts and scholars,and the connotation of poverty,accurate poverty alleviation,The three concepts of precision assistance are explained.The theory of socialist poverty alleviation with Chinese characteristics,multidimensional poverty theory,and the vicious circle theory of poverty are used as theoretical support to describe the county situation,poverty status and precise assistance status of Lishu County.The problems that occurred in the process of precision assistance in Shu County were analyzed,and the causes were analyzed according to the problems.In addition,it lists three successful experiences of foreign help,as well as the successful experience of accurate assistance in Hubei Badong and Anhui Qianshan,and analyzes the domestic and international help measures to bring lessons and enlightenment to the accurate assistance work of Lishu County.Combined with the concept of precision poverty alleviation,this paper analyzes and summarizes the countermeasures for precision assistance in Lishu County,Jilin Province.This paper consists of six parts.The first is the introduction of the thesis.The content of this chapter is the meaning of the topic selection of the research on the precision assistance strategy of Lishu County in Jilin Province.It also introduces the research ideas and research methods in this chapter,as well as the innovation of the thesis.And the inadequacies;the second is the literature review and theoretical basis,introducing the connotation of the theory and the literature review of poverty issues at home and abroad;the third is the county situation in Lishu County and the poverty situation and precision help in Lishu County.The introduction of the work of support work;the fourth is to introduce the successful experience of precision assistance at home and abroad and the reference and enlightenment that can be obtained from the precision assistance work of Lishu County;the fifth is to solve the problems in the promotion of precision assistance work in Lishu County and The cause of the problem is analyzed.Finally,the analysis of the precision assistance measures in Lishu County,Jilin Province is analyzed and the full text is summarized.
