| Since the reform and opening up,China’s economic aggregate and economic quality have been rapidly improved,the industrial structure has undergone major adjustments,science and technology,environmental protection,and innovation have become the Chinese voice of the new era.The industrial-oriented secondary industry has developed rapidly,capital and technology-intensive.The scale of product exports continues to expand.Since 2012,China’s tertiary industry GDP has been ranked first.At the same time,a series of policies such as “One Belt and One Road”,“supply-side structural reform”,“de-leverage” and “Made in China 2025” have led the country.The industrial structure has developed towards high quality.As a manufacturing powerhouse in Europe and the world,Germany has the same industrial structure and is generally of higher quality than China.The trade between countries is based on the degree of development of their respective industries.The Sino-German trade structure and trade content have been changing with the changes in the industrial structure of the two countries.In recent years,the pace of industrial restructuring and upgrading in China has accelerated markedly,the ability of scientific and technological innovation has been continuously enhanced,the gap with the quality of Germany’s economy has narrowed,the complementarity of industrial structure has weakened,and the competitiveness of industrial structure has strengthened.In this context,it is of vital importance to study whether the upgrading of China’s industrial structure has promoted or inhibited Sino-German trade development.This paper firstly analyzes China’s industrial structure as an explanatory variable by selecting the quantitative indicators such as the GDP ratio of the first,second and third industries.The total trade volume between China and Germany is used as the explanatory variable to establish a VAR measurement model,and quantitatively analyzes the optimization of industrial structure to promote Sino-German trade..Secondly,on the basis of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,it proposes feasible policy recommendations for Sino-German trade development.First,it proposes to improve domestic fiscal and taxation policies and financial policies,and create a good environment for technological transformation and new industrial development.Second,it is recommended to adhere to Domestic industrial development policy orientation,encourage innovation,vigorously develop strategic emerging industries,promote industrial structure upgrading and optimization;Third,it is recommended to improve import and export industry support policies,create international brand effect of domestic products,guide high-quality enterprise agglomeration,industrial structure adjustment;It is to strengthen the all-round exchanges between the two countries in culture,economy,trade and politics,to learn from Germany’s advanced experience in innovation,production and operation,to inspire the nation’s high-quality development awareness and accelerate the upgrading of industrial structure. |
