Power supply companies have been under the planned economic system,and it has many disadvantages for a long time.The management model is vertically integrated,the ideas are not liberated,the concept is updated slowly,the performance management work is not enough,and the experience is insufficient.With the deepening of reform on the power system in recent years,the human resource management which under the old system is far from being able to adapt to the needs of the development of modern power supply enterprises.Therefore,China's power supply companies are seeking effective ways to improve productivity and organizational performance in order to improve their competitiveness and adaptability.As an important part of enterprise human resource management,performance management has always been the management shortcoming of power supply enterprises.In order to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees and own mobility,as well as give full play to the potential of employees,so it must be controlled and optimized by theory and practice to ensure the fairness and openness of employee performance appraisal.Constructing a reasonable performance management system is an important source of power supply enterprises,and it can enhance their comprehensive strength in the future,also crucial to the future development of China's power supply companies.Based on the theoretical basis and method of performance management,also combined with the situation of Jilin Songyuan Power supply Company,this paper defines the performance management system of power supply company and proposes system security measures.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter summarizes the research status of performance management which in domestic and overseas,and puts forward the necessity of power supply company's performance management research,as well as applies literature research method and empirical research method to study.The second chapter defines the theoretical basis of performance management in detail.The methods and tools provides theoretical support for this study.The third chapter uses quantitative questionnaire survey & qualitative in-depth interview to investigate and analyze the current situation and problems of Jilin Songyuan Power supply Company performance management system.The fourth chapter puts forward the improvement ideas based on the status and problems of performance management of Jilin Songyuan Power supply Company.It also completes the optimization design of performance management system,including planning,communication,assessment and feedback.The fifth chapter is from the aspects of organization,personnel and system.The specific performance management operation guarantee measures are proposed.The sixth chapter summarizes the research results and get conclusions,as well as further prospects for the follow-up research.The study optimizes the original performance management system of Jilin Songyuan Power supply Company and forms a more complete and reasonable performance management system of power supply company.It is of great theoretical significance and practical guidance for power supply enterprises to effectively carry out performance management,and it can also support for power supply enterprise strategy,therefore,improve the value and productivity of power supply enterprises.
