Research On The Cultivation Of The "Three Rural" Work Team In The New Era

Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and China's "three rural" work has also entered a new era.As a agricultural country.The issue of ""Three Rural"" has always been a key issue in China's social and economic development.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that the issue of "three rural" is a fundamental issue.concerning the national economy and the people's livelihood.Solving this problem is the most important task of the whole party.We must cultivate a "three rural" work team that understands agriculture,loves the countryside and farmers.The Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Implementing the Strategy for Rural Revitalization"pointed out that take "understands agriculture,love the countryside and farmers" as the basic requirements,strengthen the cultivation,allocation,management and use of the "three rural" work team.The rural revitalization strategy is the general grasp of the work of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" in the new era.The key to rural revitalization lies in the revitalization of talents,Cultivating a "three rural" work team that"understands agriculture,loves the countryside farmers" is a new focus of the rural revitalization strategy.This study uses literature research,questionnaires,field interviews and inductive analysis methods.We combine the current new erabackground,and we investigated 536“three rural ”workers in Fujian Province and Hubei Changyang Tujia Autonomous County.On the basis of the above,it is found that there are still problems in the current cultivation,including the imbalance in the proportion of the“three rural”work teams,the gap between the requirements for cultivating and the new era,and the low quality of cultivation.We believe that the main reason is the social discrimination and the impact of the "three rural" work environment,the development concept of the "three rural" in the new era has not been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,the cultivation process and the special background of the new era are not well integrated,and the "three rural" work has not yet been established.Team cultivation system,etc.Based on the above analysis,The study believes that the cultivation of the "three rural" work team in the new era needs to start from the following aspects,The first is to use Xi Jinping's new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics to guide the cultivation;the second is to improve the system construction of the "three rural" work team;the third is to establish a cultivation strategy that is compatible with the requirements of the new era.
