Study On The Cultivation Of "Three Rural Areas" Work-team In Pingdingshan Which Understands Agriculture And Loves Rural Areas

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposes to implement the strategy of rural revitalization,and emphasizes that the key to rural revitalization lies in the revitalization of talents.To the end,it specifically proposes to cultivate a "three rural" work team and a "three rural" work team who understand agriculture,love the countryside,and farmers.Cultivation is the source of strength for the smooth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and an important way to solve the "three rural" issues.However,due to various reasons,the cultivation of the "agriculture,rural areas,and farmers" team who understands agriculture,loves the countryside,and loves farmers is not perfect,which hinders the smooth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and the high-quality development of the economy and society.Based on the human capital theory,the theory of needs hierarchy,the theory of lifelong education,and the two-factor theory,this article comprehensively uses research methods such as literature research method,questionnaire survey method and field survey method to carry out research.First of all,analyze the related concepts and theories of the “agriculture,rural areas and farmers” working team in Pingdingshan that understands agriculture,loves the countryside,and farmers.Secondly,it analyzes the overall situation of the cultivation of the“agriculture,rural areas and farmers” work team and analyzes the results in the questionnaire to analyze Pingdingshan the city understands the problems and causes of the cultivation of the "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" workforce that loves agriculture,rural areas,and farmers,and finally puts forward multiple strategies to promote the cultivation of the "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" workforce.Through investigation and research,it was found that there are irrational cultivating teachers in the cultivation of the “three rural” workforce that understands agriculture,loves rural areas,and loves farmers in Pingdingshan.The cultivation main body and platform are relatively single.The problems of gaps,unsatisfactory cultivation effects,etc.,are analyzed through analysis of the problems.The reasons for the problems are lack of top-level design,prejudice to cultivation,lack of professional value cultivation,imperfect cultivation system,and imperfect cultivation mechanism.Finally,put forward countermeasures to improve the cultivation of the "three rural" work team that understands agriculture,loves rural areas,and loves farmers in Pingdingshan,including scientific top-level design,strengthening support in the province,establishing a sound cultivation mechanism,effectively improving the cultivation system,and actively creating cultivation conditions.There are two innovations in this article.The first is to try to define the related concepts of the "three rural" work team who understand agriculture,love the countryside and farmers.It enriches the related connotations and explores the related theoretical basis.The second is to try to carry out empirical investigation and analysis.The current situation,problems and causes of the cultivation of the "three rural" work team in Pingdingshan that understands agriculture,loves rural areas,and loves farmers are investigated and analyzed,and targeted countermeasures are proposed.
