Research On Targeted Poverty Relief Of The Earthquake-stricken Area Based On Grounded Theory

The problem of poverty is an eternal theme of human society.This paper aimed at precise poverty-relief in the process of disaster reconstruction,selecting earthquake-stricken area Beichuan as a case to study.We explored the incentive questions in the process of poverty-relief through literature review,theoretical summary,interviews and grounded analysis.First of all,we started the research from the definition and causes of poverty,and drew the conclusion that poverty refers to shortages on both economics and spirit,and these two facts mutually reinforcing each other.What’s more,we summarized their production,consumption and market behavior.Then we researched on the process of Targeted Poverty Alleviation that improves the farmers’ right of discourse in poverty alleviation project,which is significant on solving the incentive problems.Finally,we drew the key conclusion,through the case study,that the incentive experienced psychological repair,policy support,production standardization,and economical improvement.
