WCD Manufacture Overhead Reduce Base On 6sigma

This paper first combines the external environment and the internal KPI index of the group to find that the challenge of the external environment is becoming more and more intense.With the increase of human cost,how to reduce the cost of production is an urgent task.Next,after comparing the traditional ECRS improvement techniques,we find the benefits of traditional comparison of 6Sigma in cost improvement.We try to establish a cost improvement method based on 6Sigma.We should reduce the current cost of production with new improvements.This paper first studies the origin and development history of 6Sigma,and expounds the characteristics of 6Sigma management theory: high attention to customer demand,high dependence on data to present facts,reduce fluctuation,focus on the process,improve and continue to improve and promote unbounded cooperation in cross functional departments,and emphasize the reliance on the success of 6Sigma theory.Environment: senior leadership,goal orientation,management system,technology support and human capital support.The importance of each link to improve the outcomes is listed respectively.Secondly,we compare the difference between traditional ECRS and 6sigma theory in terms of cost improvement.On the basis of the original ECRS,we propose to use the 6Sigma system to improve the six stages of the production cost application: selection,definition,measurement,analysis,improvement,control,and the reduction of production costs through the improvement of the DMAIC process.In the process of improvement,we always insist on the analysis based on data,analyze the existing problems of the company from two aspects of macro and micro,and put forward the situation of solving the bottleneck in the traditional improvement mode: through the process analysis,we find out the problems in the process,the process optimization,and the replacement of the appropriate automation.Finally,we can reduce company's production cost and achieve economic benefits.
