Gas turbine supply contract includes technical preparation,material purchasing,manufacturing,and logistic.During each phase,company shall receive the related collection,such as down payment,material payment,manufacturing payment and delivery payment.But due to the outside factor of government plan change,electric demands,etc,and the internal factor of change rate,shipment,etc,there are potential risk which may make trouble for collection and storage.Through the study of the problems which happened during A project execution,to analyze and evaluate the factors which may cause effects on delivery,collection,storage,cost of the project.Then to set up the risk control method to build up one set of project management method which is suitable for gas turbine supply contract.Using the actual work experience to identify the outside risk and internal risk of gas turbine supply contract execution.As the basis,then using the risk factor analysis method to evaluate the risks,the target is to clear define the risk level and effect degree on gas turbine supply contract.During contract execution,by using method of ongoing control to perform the risk evaluation at the different phase and main point,and to take measures to control risk accordingly.Finally,using the defined project management method on specific gas turbine supply contract,to verify that such kind of method is operable and practical to company's gas turbine supply contract,and to make sure that gas turbine supply contract's project management is normative and under control.
