Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,network system integration industry increasingly fierce market competition,in the fierce competition,enterprises have the talent resources especially technology talents has become a key factor to determine the success of competition,the competition between enterprises has transformed into the competition of human resources.However,many network integration enterprises are faced with severe challenges due to the loss of personnel.In this new trend,improving employee’s job satisfaction and enhancing employee’s sense of identity and loyalty are the most important tasks of the system integration industry management.The enterprise must set up the post reasonably,clear the post responsibility system,establish fair and effective performance management system,improve the salary management,training and other human resources.This paper analyzes the current situation of the turnover rate of Y company’s network integration department,and then analyzes the deficiencies in the post setting,performance management and salary management system.On this basis,this paper choose Y network integration as the study object,combining with the related theory and analysis of the implementation of job analysis,optimization of post setting,make the job description,clear job content and qualifications.On the basis of job analysis,to improve the performance management level of the performance management theory,the analytic method of scientific setting the weight of the indicators of performance evaluation,the evaluation criteria of each index,and the application of performance appraisal results to the salary management and other aspects of training.After more than half a year’s trial,some results have been achieved.The ideas and schemes proposed in this paper are of reference and practical value for reducing the wastage rate of technical personnel in other systems integration enterprises in china.
