The Research On The Intention And Realization Mechanism Of Producer Participation In The Supply Chain Environment

In recent years,with the frequent occurrence of food safety incidents,the problem of quality and safety of agricultural products has attracted more and more attention of the whole society.In the supply chain environment,the implementation of the traceability management of the quality and safety of agricultural products can not be separated from the participation of the producers,and how to improve the enthusiasm of the agricultural producers to join the quality safety traceability management system through the construction of effective mechanism,and to effectively control the quality and safety of agricultural products from the source and to promote the quality and safety of agricultural products in China.The comprehensive promotion of retrospective management and the improvement of quality and safety of agricultural products are of great significance.The traceability management of the quality and safety of agricultural products is based on the implementation of the agricultural product supply chain.Based on the current situation of the current supply chain development and the present situation of the traceability management of agricultural products,this paper discusses the willingness and influence factors of the producer's participation in the quality and safety of agricultural products under the supply chain environment,with the agricultural products of the pastoral enterprises available.Tracing management implementation as a case study object,we discuss the realization mechanism of producer participation in traceability management under the mode of "enterprise + farmer".The research results show that the low level of the producer participation in traceability management and the availability of benefits are the main factors affecting the producer's traceability management,and the collaboration with farmers is the key to the traceability management of the enterprises.Finally,according to the results of the analysis,three suggestions are put forward: reducing the cost of the participation of agricultural enterprises and guiding the active implementation of the traceability of the agricultural enterprises;strengthening the control of the property rights of the base,driving the farmers' participation in the traceability,building the information sharing platform,and improving the quality and safety of the producers.
