Research On Financial Strategy Of K Company

In recent years,the software and information technology service industry has entered a stage of rapid development.The growth rate of China's AI market is higher than the global growth rate.The national policy is also supporting the software industry.Intelligent voice and AI technology have gradually become investors' sought-after investment projects.In an increasingly competitive market economy environment,the development of enterprises is affected by the ever-changing environment,and the overall development strategy of the enterprise must be adjusted in a timely and positive manner.The financial strategy is the core of the overall strategy of the enterprise.The scientific financial strategy can effectively manage the financial activities of the enterprise,adapt to the changing market environment,and lead the enterprise to continue to develop on the basis of value added.Through the research on the literature,it is found that the financial strategy matrix is a tool for domestic and foreign scholars to study the financial strategy of enterprises.The vertical axis of the financial strategy matrix consists of a value evaluation system,which locates the value creation status of the enterprise;the horizontal axis consists of a sustainable growth evaluation system,which locates the state of the company's funds.The financial characteristics and risks faced by enterprises under different value creation and lack of funds are different.Enterprises need to set corresponding financial strategies according to different image constraints,so as to effectively maintain the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises.This paper first introduces the basic situation and financial status of K company,analyzes the change of the position of financial strategy matrix,and analyzes that K company has been in the first quadrant of financial strategy in the past five years,that is,the value-added capital shortage state,value added Capacity is on the decline,and the level of funding shortage peaked in 2017.Secondly,it analyzes the current financial strategy of K Company from three aspects: financing strategy,investment strategy and dividend distribution strategy.Combined with the location analysis of financial strategy matrix,it finds the problems of financial strategy,including: unreasonable financing structure and unreasonable debt structure.The investment direction is relatively simple,the accounts receivable are not well-turned,the R&D investment is insufficient,and the dividend distribution system is unscientific.Finally,the paper puts forward suggestions and optimization measures for optimizing the financial strategy of K company for the problems and actual situation of K company.Through the research in this paper,it is considered that using the financial strategy matrix to analyze the financial strategy of the enterprise is reasonable and feasible.Compared with the traditional financial strategy,it overcomes many defects and has high research significance and application significance.Case K of this paper is a representative software and information technology service industry in China,and hopes to help K Company and the financial strategy construction of the entire software and information technology service industry.
